Tribe Radio Chat Room User Policy Agreement & Community Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Tribe Radio UK Chat Room (the "Chat Room"). By using the Chat Room, you agree to comply with this User Agreement ("Agreement"), which includes our policies on responsible use, safeguarding, and data protection.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Chat Room.

2. Responsible Use

Use the Chat Room responsibly and respectfully:

• Engage in civil discussion about music and related topics
• Treat all users with respect
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations

3. Inappropriate Language and Content

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Profanity or obscene language
• Hate speech or content that promotes discrimination, violence, or hatred
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or personal attacks
• Sexually explicit, violent, or graphic content

Moderators may remove content and suspend or terminate access without notice if these rules are violated.

4. Safeguarding and Protection of Minors

You must not:

• Impersonate or misrepresent your identity or age
• Attempt to contact minors for any inappropriate purpose
• Share content that exploits or endangers minors

If you suspect abuse or exploitation, report it immediately to admin@triberadio.uk or use the 'Report Chatroom Abuse' section in the in your 'Account' settings.

5. Prohibition on Posting Personal or Sensitive Information

Do not post or share:

• Personal data (e.g., phone numbers, addresses, ID numbers)
• Financial or health information
• Login credentials
• Any information you wish to keep private

6. Monitoring and Moderation

Tribe Radio UK reserves the right to:

• Monitor chat content to enforce this Agreement
• Remove or edit content at our discretion
• Suspend or terminate user access for violations

7. Data Protection and GDPR Notice

Data Controller: Tribe Radio UK Ltd.
Purpose: To operate the Chat Room, maintain safety, and improve user experience.
Legal Basis: Your consent and our legitimate interest in managing the platform.

Data We Collect:

• Username
• IP address
• Email address
• Chat content (for moderation)

Retention: We retain chat logs as necessary for moderation, legal compliance, or safety.

Your Rights:

• Access, rectify, or request deletion of your data (subject to moderation requirements)
• Object to processing
• Lodge a complaint with the UK ICO

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
